Multiple shipping options are available during checkout for various lead times. Units are packed within a plain 16x12x5 brown corrugated box. Backboard and Book Retainer are shipped with protective sheathings. Some minor assembly is required.

If for any reason, the AquaReader fails to provide its intended service and it is within 1 year of purchase, you are entitled to a replacement unit.
